Used to detect thermal anomalies within systems of many types. We use this technology to detect the first signs of eminent failure in electrical distribution systems and production equipment control cabinets to rotating and reciprocating mechanical systems to steam and building insulation systems and more.

Oil Sample Analysis
Used to study the condition of the oil and the internal wear items of the equipment the sample came from.
Fleet equipment, hydraulic systems, gear boxes and more can benefit from this service. Not only will the report inform of the oil condition but it can also inform of which component is creating the particulate such as a bearing or gear.
Ultrasound
Detection
This is used to detect leaks of almost any nature. Compressed air/gas, steam, vacuum, corona-arcing-tracking in electrical systems and more can be detected. Unlike normal seek-and-tag events, that can only be done during periods of production shut down, UT can be done during production times in order to save production downtime for repair events.
Condition Monitoring:
Vibration Analysis
We offer a WIFI solution to VA. This is done using mountable sensors with a WIFI unit attached. This system offers real time condition monitoring of critical equipment. Once it's set up, the system will send a text and email alert to the problem zone and recommend actions.
