Used to study the condition of the oil and the internal wear items of the equipment the sample came from.  Fleet equipment, hydraulic systems, gear boxes and more can benefit from this service.  Not only will the report inform of the oil condition but it can also inform of which component is creating the particulate such as a bearing or gear.

We offer a WIFI solution to Vibration Analysis.  This is done using mountable sensors with a WIFI unit attached.  This system offers real time condition monitoring of critical equipment.  Once it's set up, the system will send a text and email alert to the problem zone and recommend actions.
